Booking

• Contact us to find out whether the villa is vacant during the desired period.
• We will send you a booking confirmation by mail along with an invoice for the booking fee.
• The villa will be reserved for you when you have paid the booking fee.

Terms and conditions in brief:

• Your reservation is valid after payment of the booking fee (35% of the total price).
• The rest of the total price (65%) must be paid no later than one month before the arrival date.
• If the reservation is made less than one month before the arrival date, full payment in advance is required.
• If the reservation is cancelled no later than one month before the arrival date, the booking fee will be returned.
